Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 17, 2026

1. Introduction

RawFlow ('we', 'our', or 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your information. By using RawFlow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Data Collection and Usage

RawFlow is designed as a privacy-first application. We operate on a strict 'Local Processing' principle:

  • No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information, names, emails, or location data.
  • Local Image Processing: All photos, including RAW files and edited exports, are processed entirely on your device's local hardware (GPU/NPU). Your images are never uploaded to our servers.
  • Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect minimal, anonymous technical data (e.g., Device IDs, crash reports, device model) solely to improve app stability and performance.

3. App Permissions

To function correctly, RawFlow requires specific permissions on your device:

  • Photo Library Access: Required to import RAW files and save your edited images. We only access photos you explicitly select.
  • Local Network: (Optional) Only used if you transfer files between devices on your local network.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties for marketing or commercial purposes. However, we may share anonymous technical data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of improving our application stability and performance. Specifically, we use Google Firebase and Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and usage data. This data helps us identify and fix issues and does not contain personally identifiable information. Additionally, the app is distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which may collect standard telemetry subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. Since we process images locally, your original content remains on your device. For the anonymous telemetry data we collect via Firebase, we rely on the security measures provided by Google to protect this data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
